In 2010 HeineJones worked with Toll Global Forwarding, formerly Gluck Freight Forwarding to design and develop a new website for the company.
Toll Global Forwarding is a member of the Toll Group of Companies. With over 1100 offices in 55 countries and headquartered in Hong Kong, Toll Global Forwarding has over 5000 employees and a worldwide network of more than 70 offices in 30 countries throughout Asia, Europe, North America, Africa, Australasia and the Middle East.
HeineJones designed an engaging website, which included design, navigation, writing, photo selection and site construction supervision.
The project involved several discovery workshops with key Toll senior management to determine site navigation, content scope and gain a deep understanding of the organisations operations, values and target market.
HeineJones provided detailed design instruction and populated every page of the website with content prior to managing the construction. This enabled design development of page templates, and content revision, ensuring a time efficient build and content upload schedule to occur.
Several Word templates were designed and constructed to allow Toll personnel to self publish client case studies of interest. Other templates included sailing schedules, created in Excel and extensive contact lists.
The website designed by HeineJones created the foundation Toll needed to evolve the website in the future and formed a benchmark for other Toll divisions in website design.
